The Gondoliers

Calling all young music – theatre performers who fancy a trip to Venice !… well almost. The Lowry in association with Opera della Luna will be presenting an exciting new production of an old classic : Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Gondoliers in May 2014.

Packed full of catchy tunes and dances, this will be a high energy, bright and breezy new production, and we are looking for 24 young performers – to play 12 hot Gondoliers, and 12 dazzling country girls. If you like performing in musical theatre – or always wanted to, then this is the show for you.
