Inspiring Kew
Showcasing contemporary and historic paintings, artwork, photography and fashion; including material from Kew's extensive Library, Art and Archive collections, this exhibition reveals how long Kew has been - and continues to be - an outstanding source of inspiration to many artists.
Some highlights include Rachel Pedder-Smith's Herbarium Specimen Painting, Laurence Hill's 10 metre piece Fritillaria, a Family Portrait, original linocuts by Edward Bawden, and a painting of a rose by Princess Charlotte from 1789, which has never previously been displayed.
