Pole Fitness Course For Beginners
This class is an hour long and will consist of a warm-up followed by a range of beginners tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine!
You don't need to be super fit, or have done any pole dancing before, or be a particular size or age to do the class - anyone can join in! The class is aimed at complete beginners and the emphasis is on having fun!
