Edge Together Theatre

Drawing on stories both real and imagined, historic and contemporary, The Heroes Storybook is a unique and uplifting theatrical entertainment for all the family to remind you that there is a hero inside us all.

Exploring issues such as conflict, loss courage and determination, the play has been inspired by the work of the EDGE Together Company, a company of young performers from armed forces families, young carers and local secondary schools from across Hampshire. Thanks to funding from the Community Covenant Fund, and working with the Discarded Nut Theatre Company and the EDGE Project, these young people have laughed and cried together, made new friends, shared experiences, developed performance skills and, above all, showed their very own special kind of heroism.
