Funky Town Fest, where Street Theatre & Carnival Art comes alive, promising mythical and earthly delights including:

Fire & Smoke breathing Dragon fuelled by the steel pan playing of Dragon Heat Beat, with interpretive dance from the North Hampshire Dance Academy. The world famous: African Gandini Jugglers performing routines with the sounds of Ethiopia.

The Bonkers Balloon Show fresh from sell out shows at Shakespeare's Globe. Turning the humble art of balloon modelling into a 100mph show for all ages.

Bureau of Silly Ideas presents The Hole Job: High Flying Acrobatics masquerading as irritating, construction workers. Busking Music Showdown: Bringing together some of Portsmouth & The Region's finest Buskers as they compete for both prize money but also our Portsmouth Top Pigeon Trophy.

A family area will also include: children`s workshops in flag and dragon making, "The Doodle Club", Balloon Modelling, Ghost Making & much more.
