Our Town: Apollo Theatre Company
Directed by Tim Astley, written by Thornton Wilder, Our Town is set in the small town of Grover's Corner, New Hampshire, Our Town is Thornton Wilder's classic tale of American life in the early 20th Century. A story about ordinary citizens and their everyday lives, the play takes us through twelve years in the story of the town, and centres around two families and their experiences of life, love and loss.

Apollo Theatre Company was formed in 2010 by Tim Astley, a graduate of the Guildford School of Acting. Their debut production of Harold Pinter's 'The Dumb Waiter' played at The Mill Studio, Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford in May 2011, followed by their first UK tour, Dennis Potter's 'Blue Remembered Hills' which toured for eight weeks in Spring 2012.
Currently about to embark upon their Spring 2013 tour of Thornton Wilder's classic American play, 'Our Town'.
