Following the success of Family Planning earlier in the year, Frank Vickery's Grassroots Productions make a welcome return to Porthcawl with another hilarious, yet poignant, comedy.

A year ago, Vi suffered a stroke and her only son Howard gave up college to nurse her. She is now capable of looking after herself but finds it hard to let go. Howard, with a secret and a caravan holiday in Tenby, does nothing to relieve the tension; it only serves to open up the situation for some heart-breaking comedy.

Only Frank could write something as serious and as funny as this; the result is a wonderfully entertaining play, a marvellous night out at the theatre and a lesson for all mothers. Don't miss it - you'll love this one!
