When a suspected anarchist plummets to his death after being in police custody, there's only one man can wade through the events that night to reveal what really happened. Only he also happens to be a notorious liar, quick-change con artist, and certified maniac.
Delve into the murky depths of a corrupted democracy overflowing with lies, deceit and deception designed to mislead the public.
