With 'Edwardian Legacy' Ten Tors Orchestra explore the changing musical styles in Britain from 1899 to 1914, including Elgar's robust Romantic Cockaigne Overture (1901) representing 'the city of London and it's populace', Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending in which we hear the emergence of a new truly 'English' style and Elgar's evocative and introspective Sospiri.
