Widely regarded as one of the most creative musicians of his generation, Julian Lloyd Webber has collaborated with an extraordinary array of musicians, from Yehudi Menuhin, Lorin Maazel, Neville Marriner and Georg Solti to Elton John, Stephane Grappelli, and Cleo Laine, among many others. His outstanding recordings include the Brit Award-winning Elgar Concerto, conducted by Yehudi Menuhin which was chosen as the finest ever version by BBC Music Magazine.
Julian Lloyd Webber tour dates
Rebeca Omordia is a multi award winning concert pianist who studied at the National Music University in Bucharest with the acclaimed pianist Professor Dana Borsan and, in 2007, won a scholarship at Birmingham Conservatoire.
In 2010 she received the Ofenheim Scholarship to study at Trinity College of Music in London with Professor Mikhail Kazakevich.
Winner of many prizes in national and international piano competitions, Rebeca Omordia won First Prize at Beethoven International Piano Competition in Romania in 2007. The Delius Prize won in 2010 opened up her ongoing collaboration with world renowned cellist Julian Lloyd Webber.
