Introduction To Sourdough

We are an award winning bakery and we want to share our love of baking bread with you! So, our famous Column Bakehouse breadmaking courses are back for 2015.

In an 'Introduction to Sourdough', we're giving keen bakers a chance to create our famous sourdough loaf of bread, and learn all the tricks and tips that go into making it.

All ingredients and use of equipment is included, as is expert tuition from our Column Bakehouse artisan Head Baker, Gilles Defrance. We'll also be providing complimentary food and wine!

These courses promise to be informative and insightful, and you'll come away with some delicious bread that you hand-crafted yourself!

Our breadmaking courses were extremely popular in the past, so we recommend booking early.
