Peter Sidwell Cookery School - Simply Good Autumn Party Dishes

This full day course is packed full of exciting seasonal recipes that are perfect for hosting a gastronomic dinner party. The course starts at 10am with a coffee and a chance to meet your chef tutor, after that it’s time to cook! Lunch will be served at approximately 1pm and then it’s back into the kitchen to create some more fantastic dishes. All dishes will be packed up and stored ready to take home at the end of the day along with full recipes.
