Peter Sidwell Cookery School - Party Food

Party food can be quite daunting, but don’t panic! This course is designed to help you plan the best dishes to cater for large numbers with minimal stress, allowing you to relax and be the perfect host. The course is based on a full day on tasting, cooking and eating.

The course starts at 10am with a coffee and a chance to meet your chef tutor, after that it’s time to cook! Lunch will be served at approximately 1pm and then it’s back into the kitchen to create some more fantastic dishes. All products made will be packed for you to take home with full recipes.
