Nottingham Classics
Acclaimed British pianist Paul Lewis opens the Nottingham Classics 2014-15 season at the Royal Concert Hall on 14th October with resident orchestra The Hallé and Sir Mark Elder. The concert begins with Lewis playing Brahms’ stormy First Piano Concerto and is followed by Wagner’s overture to The Flying Dutchman and Sibelius’ Fifth Symphony.

Sibelius: Symphony No. 5
It will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.
