Allo Darlin' are many things. They can turn a room in a famous punk venue into a joyous, jumping, sweaty, pop-mosh pit. Or bring a room of 500 to hushed silence with the few strums of a ukulele and a love song about cooking. In their brief lifetime they have toured the USA four times, sold out tours across the UK and embarked on an epic five-week European tour. The band have also been strongly supported by BBC 6music, recording several sessions including one at the BBC's prestigious Maida Vale Studios. Their self-titled debut was released to universal acclaim in 2010 with plaudits including being named No. 2 record of the year by online retailer eMusic, and a glowing 1,200 word essay by legendary Go-Between Mr. Robert Forster in the Australian critical magazine, The Monthly. Their second album 'Europe' was released last year and was made Rough Trade's Album Of The Month, as well as receiving plaudits from everywhere from Pitchfork to Rolling Stone magazine. The band are currently working on their third album, tentatively entitled 'We Come From The Same Place', for release next year.
'Terrific, witty and heartfelt, like a less moody Belle & Sebastian' – The New York Times.

Tigercats are a band from East London who make pop music with guitars, keyboards and drums.
'Tigercats are a very, very good band. The kind of band that make you want to be a teenager again, so they can be your band.' The Sunday Times
'Their songs betray no alterior motives of forced cool, only an enthusiastic young band in love with making songs. Excellent, alive, and bright.' Artrocker

Peru was born sometime in early 1992. Three close friends - Brian Price, Chris Smith and John Coolin - then in their late-teens, sat spinning C86-era records and drinking beer before their nights out dancing at Nottingham’s Rock City thinking: ‘We should start a band like this.’ So they did! Following a move to Bristol for one of the founder members, Brian Price has got a new band together and started writing new material in 2010. A recent compilation on Jigsaw Records (USA) and a self-released 7" single on Archdeacon Of Pop records have put Peru back in the indiepop spotlight.

A three piece indiepop band from Leeds. David Kitchen (The Acutes, Angry Sandwich) plays a baby Yamaha keyboard through a mighty speaker, Adam John Miller (Manhattan Love Suicides, The Medusa Snare, The Wednesday Club) plays fuzz bass and Eddy Lines (Manhattan Love Suicides, Downdime) plays drums. A collaboration project that quickly took on momentum, the result is an uptempo blend of lo-fi pop, krautrock and dancefloor indie.
