Cafe Writers Norwich: Tim Turnbull
A festive evening of poems and prizes, including cash rewards for best Christmas jumper, and best seasonal open mic poem, among others, presented in style by Tim Turnbull, an award winning poet, whose most recent pamphlet The Camden Art Redemption Miracle, was described by the TLS as a 'pitch perfect fable in terza rima'.

Tim Turnbull
Born in North Yorkshire, Tim Turnbull worked in forestry for many years before moving to London to become a fixture on the slam and live poetry circuit. He now lives and works in Scotland.
Tim has two collections Caligula on Ice and Other Poems and Stranded in Sub-Atomica (Donut Press) and has created two acclaimed stage shows, Tim Turnbull's Tales of Terror and Caligula on Ice.
His shows combine accomplished poetry of great formal dexterity with a dynamic stage presence and he has entertained audiences across Britain for over fifteen years.
Winner of The Contenders Performance Poetry Fellowship in 2006, Tim has also been nominated for first collection and best poem categories in the Forward Prizes.
