Caroline Bird
Born in 1987, she won the Poetry Society's Simon Elvin Young Poet of the Year Award in 2000 and 2001. Her first collection of poems to be published is entitled 'Looking Through Letterboxes'. Caroline's poems are sharp and surreal, her performances manage to be both warm and louche. She's the author of four collections and despite being in her mid twenties is already one of country's top poets.
