Blickling Hall plays host to a grand, British Proms spectacular in an evening full of fun and nostalgia. This event celebrates a very special 75th anniversary for Blickling itself, so concert organisers have decided to throw a '1940s party!' to mark the occasion and Early Bird tickets are now on offer at just £29 (available until 31st January 2015); the perfect Christmas present for someone special.

There’s plenty to celebrate: The Grace Spitfire introduces the evening with a choreographed routine to Ron Goodwin's Battle Of Britain which will then lead in to other well-loved music from the era including Moonlight Serenade by Glenn Miller, the main theme from Gone With The Wind, A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square and We'll Meet Again by Vera Lynn. The second half includes all the traditional proms favourites like the British Sea Songs, Nimrod, Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Pomp And Circumstance March No 1. Song sheets are provided so that the crowd can join in and sing along with their friends.

The evening concludes with a stunning fireworks finale over the lake, choreographed to the music.
