One For The Road

Willy Russell’s wickedly observant 80s comedy finds Dennis imprisoned on Phase Two of a new housing estate, surrounded by Tupperware parties, Richard Clayderman fans and garden gnomes, and making a desperate attempt to ditch the trappings of his newly-acquired middle class life.

The first production in the 2013 Made in Northampton season is also the last to be directed by Royal & Derngate’s Laurie Sansom, who is leaving to head up the National Theatre of Scotland.
