Conversations At The Mill
Philippa Gregory talks about her new book The King's Curse, published by Simon & Schuster on the 14th August, and will sign copies after the event.
The King's Curse by Philippa Gregory. The riveting story of Margaret Pole, daughter of George, Duke of Clarence, and was one of the few surviving members of the Plantagenet dynasty after the Wars of the Roses. Plantagenet, once carried proudly by Margaret like a crown upon her head, is now, at the end of the 15th century, the most dangerous name in England...
Philippa Gregory was an established historian and writer when she discovered her interest in the Tudor period and wrote the internationally bestselling novel The Other Boleyn Girl. In The Cousins' War series, she reveals the family that preceded the Tudors: the magnificent Plantagenets, their complex rivalries, loves and hatreds. Philippa is a former student at Sussex University and a PhD and Alumna of the Year 2009 of Edinburgh University.
