Let us transport you back to the golden age of the Parisian salon, with love songs by Faure, Saint-Saens's gripping Danse Macabre, and Bizet's vibrant depiction of children's games.

Quercus Ensemble's diverse instrumentation and imaginative programme promises something for all, with a specially commissioned work by Northern Irish composer Patrick Brennan, and French composer Thierry Escaich's virtuosic dance scenes which fuse elements of jazz, tango, disco and ragtime.
