Bhangra (16+)
This workshop will be led by Mandeep Virk, a professional Bhangra dancer, who has worked alongside some of the greatest talents in the Bhangra Music industry as well as performing at live events across the UK.
Bhangra is danced to an up-beat genre of music, which requires a lot of bounce and energy. The rhythms of Bhangra are sure to have you tapping your feet and moving your shoulders in no time.
The workshop will give you a basic knowledge of the dance before you start, followed a basic steps warm up, a cardio section and finishing off with a simple routine to take away.
