Opening Party
Dodgy rose to prominence during the 'Brit pop' era of the 1990s, but their melodic flair and maverick spirit stood them in great stead to transcend any one era or genre.
Their biggest hits include "Good Enough" ( a top 5 smash), "Staying Out for the Summer", and "If You're Thinking of Me".
After lead singer Nigel Clark spent some years pursuing solo activities, the core original trio reformed in 2007, releasing a live album, and then in 2012 they released their first album in over a decade, "Stand Upright In A Cool Place".
Their place in the roll call of English pop greats is assured and they are set to set Words and Music 2014 into orbit with an acoustic driven, but highly energetic, opening night show. We're delighted to welcome them to Nantwich.
