Cycle Your Heart Out

Rekindle your love of cycling by taking part in a leisurely bike ride on a heart shaped route around Willen Lake. Riders can take in the views of the lake, the Peace Pagoda, and the Stone Circle as well as many other attractions over the 3.6 mile route.

The cycle ride has been organised through the Council, British Cycling, Breeze and the Cycle Your Heart Out Team to raise awareness of the sport, and to give cyclists the opportunity to fall back in love with their bicycles!

You can cycle with your friends or family or just on your own, as the route is suitable for all ages and abilities. Cycle leaders are fully trained by British Cycling, and provide riders with motivation, advice and support to ensure they get the most out of their cycling.

Meet at the Stone Circle where the Mayor, Councellor Catriona Morris, on behalf of Milton Keynes Council, will be presented with a cycling jersey from British Cycling to recognise an ongoing partnership with them. Milton Keynes Council and British Cycling work closely together to promote cycling as an enjoyable leisure and health activity as well as a sustainable form of transport.
