The Portraits are husband and wife alternative-folk duo Jeremy and Lorraine Millington. Their last album Life In Sepia was released in 2013 and one song, Malala, a tribute to the Pakistani schoolgirl, was given airplay on BBC 6 Music by Tom Robinson. Their sound is a warm fusion of folk, music-theatre, jazz and classical styles with beautiful harmonies.
Minnie Birch makes 'sad music that will leave you happy'. She's racked up some impressive moments in her musical career: supporting Joan Armatrading; recording with legendary producer George Shilling and receiving national radio play on BBC Radio 1 and 2.
