Prog rock, psych, Beatlesque power pop, folk or even the precursors of Brit pop? And that's not even including their late 70s skinny-tie, New Wave stint in the UK Top 10 as The Korgis. Either way James Warren and Andy Cresswell- Davis - aka Stackridge - are an unmissable live act with a pedigree that stretches to more than 40 years of eccentric, perfect, quintessentially English music.
On stage they are aided and abetted by long-serving band members Eddie John (drums), Glenn Tommey (keyboards, flute and trombone) and the 'Scottish Firebrand' Clare Lindley (violin, guitar). The band are truly timeless and uncategorisable and their music quivers with creativity.
