Pam Ayres

Pam Ayres brings her latest show to the Stables following the recent publication of her new book of poetry, You Made Me Late Again! Pam's work is funny and approachable. It sounds simple, as though dashed off, but this is deceptive. Her hair-trigger timing, her eye for the detail of everyday life, and for the absurdity therein, makes for an art that hides art. Pam has sold millions of books, CDs and DVDs over the years, and she is still a regular on TV and radio, appearing on programmes such as Just A Minute, Ayres On The Air, The Paul O'Grady Show, The Alan Titchmarsh Show, Countdown and The One Show.
