Mr Claus: Jane Taylor
Jane Taylor, the award winning singer songwriter championed by Johnnie Walker, returns to The Stables to perform a winter musical with a difference - Mr Claus, a proverbial story about a down –and-out Santa who's lost his way in the high-tech 'order on line' modern world.
The musical (which is also set to become a children’s book and an animation) is part of the Jane Taylor Band’s UK tour, kicking off with a live session on BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris show in November.
Expect a magical, mischievous, creatively enchanting experience and tons of incredible music.
Jane Taylor
Jane is one of the South West's most celebrated artists and won the 2011 'Best Album' at the Independent Music Awards. Jane Taylor has opened for likes of Jools Holland, played sessions on BBC Radio 2 and last year her sell out concert at St George's Hall in Bristol was voted one of the top three gigs in the South West of 2010 by Venue Magazine.
