Emit Bloch, The Allen Family Band

Emit Bloch is a songwriting, tennis-playing expatriot with Mormon and Jewish roots who finds the legalization of cannabis an interesting prospect. He divides his time between London and San Francisco and occasionally performs. His 2010 release Dictaphones Vol. 1 (One Little Indian) received widespread critical acclaim. He is releasing an as-of-yet untitled collection of new songs in 2013 as well as an EP with his four piece band, Done Four, which he describes as his "rock outlet".
