Syria: Humanity In Conflict

Photographs by award-winning Syrian photographer, Ibrahim Malla, will be unveiled in a new display focusing on the experiences of Syrian civilian and humanitarian volunteers, almost three years since the outbreak of the confict in March 2011.

Created in association with the British Red Cross this small, but powerful display will reveal the impact of the conflict on these individuals. It will also feature comments of local volunteers from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) reflecting on their motivations to become a volunteer and the risks they take to stay in Syria during the current conflict and humanitarian crisis.
