A Closer Look Tour: Christmas Truce
A 20 minute tour exploring the Christmas Truce between British and German soldiers in the First World War. See objects on display from the War, such as a Princess Mary Gift Tin, postcards sent from soldier Francis Bushell back to his family in Lancashire, and a Christmas Pudding tin lid made into a souvenir by a prisoner of war. Suitable for ages 14+
