The Nutcracker
It’s Christmas and little Clara’s parents are holding a party. The magician Drosselmeyer arrives and presents her with a nutcracker doll. Later that evening when midnight strikes, Clara gets caught up in a magical adventure. The Nutcracker transforms into a prince, who escorts her to the enchanted Land of Sweets where she meets the Sugar Plum Fairy and the magic begins.
Manchester City Ballet presents a stunning new production of “The Nutcracker” featuring a completely new set design that brings this magical Christmas story to life. A classical ballet for all ages in the Dancehouse Theatre's beautiful art-deco auditorium.
