Marburae Art Gallery is a new gallery space in Macclesfield, Cheshire dedicated to contemporary visual arts. The Art Gallery was founded in 2011 to create an exciting mix of music and visual arts in a combination that is accessible to artist's and art lovers but also to the lay person. Marburae Art Gallery shows national and international artists. Located within Shackleford Pianos Cheshire, the gallery space is flooded with natural light due to a glass ceiling, allowing perfect viewing conditions for artwork. There is also a varied collection of small, darker rooms for pieces that require intimacy. All the exhibitions are free to attend, and so are open evenings.
