Join the Museum for a concert by Viramundo, an exciting band playing authentic Brazilian music and well-known for thrilling audiences with energy and charisma.
This event complements the Arthur Bispo do Rosario display, celebrating one of Brazil’s most recognised artists.

Viramundo
An eight piece band playing the best in original and authentic Brazilian dance music full of colour, energy, sensuality and fun. Since their formation in 1989 they have played at numerous high profile events - including benefit concerts for Save the Children, Amnesty International and Greenpeace - and have performed for Madonna and Mick Jagger. They have also collaborated widely, working with artists such as Alcione, Airto Moreira, Basement Jaxx, Mica Paris, Da Lata, and Ed Motta.
