Yellow Pears: Swept Up Theatre

Yellow Pears - Raz and Itsy run a market stall unlike any other. They have bad taste, no flair for business but some seriously good dance moves. Yellow Pears is the big-hearted tale of two outsiders whose bizarre yet binding friendship creates a home for two people who are always on the wrong side of the door. A bold, exuberant, physical comedy for everyone.

Swept Up Theatre began life after actors Rose McPhilemy and India Crawford travelled to Dublin to work with Philippe Gaulier and discovered their inner idiots. After graduating from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2011 they realised that these idiots had a story to tell, and went on to form Swept Up.

Their first show, Yellow Pears has been devised with fellow Royal Conservatoire of Scotland graduate, director Deborah Hannan. In 2012 Yellow Pears was awarded the Bruce Millar Trust Award for Drama.

Join in for the only chance to see Swept Up’s first show Yellow Pears in London before they make their debut at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Get yourself a ticket, enter the raffle, and be entertained with an evening of theatre, live music and celebration.
