The Tribal Tea Party

FireWater is a collective of Tribal style belly dancers in London, solely and obsessively dedicated to showcasing Tribal in the UK, and beyond. Born out of San Francisco feminism and sass, Tribal belly dance contains influence and inspiration from Middle Eastern dance, Indian Classical dance and Flamenco. It prizes the tribe, the troupe, the collective, the protection in the tattoo, the beauty of the matriarch, the amusement of life and the fellow company of other dancers.

The Tribal Tea Party is a Tribal belly dance night run by FireWater entirely reserved for students of all levels to innovate, create and showcase their work. Starring: Students of Hannah Mi and Philippa Moirai, plus guests acts from Catherine Taylor's students.

This is a Non Profit event where tokens of appreciation for the dancers can be made on the night.
