On May Day, Nonclassical present The Riot Ensemble in a special night of classical music and politics.

A diverse combination of works charged with rebellious socio-political consciousness: from championing prisoner's rights to anti-war messages will be explored throughout the night.

Dissent is at the heart of the night, featuring Frederic Rzweski's iconic Coming Together and Attica, Ken Hesketh's Spike, Kyle Gan's War is Just a Racket, and music by die-hard socialists Luigi Nono and Cornelius Cardew.
