Barnes Music Festival - Photography And Music Exhibition

London Independent Photography is a community organisation for amateur and professional photographers. This exhibition is mounted by the Putney group which includes many photographers based in Barnes.

The Opening Event on 17th March features a live performance of the Holst Trio by The Verter Trio, with the photographers talking about their work.

The Verter Trio is an exciting young ensemble which draws together three outstanding classical artists from China, Israel and the UK. The Holst Trio was first performed in its original extant form by The Verter Trio at the inaugural Barnes Music Festival in 2013 and they will again be performing the work using Holst’s own manuscript.

Following the opening event, admission to the exhibition is free. It is open daily throughout the festival with the chance to view the photos whilst listening to the music on your phone or tablet.
