Centre Stage brings the hit Broadway musical "The Wiz" to the Millfield Theatre, in April 2015.

Join us for a magical journey into the weird and wonderful world of Oz in this unique take on Dorothy's adventures with the Scarecrow, Tinman and Lion, as they 'ease on down the road' to the Emerald City.

'The Wiz' follows Dorothy and her quirky companions as they encounter a host of colourful characters from witches and zombies to mischievous monkeys, and of course the most powerful (and coolest) ruler of them all....The Wiz! Through their incredible escapades, the friendly foursome discover that no one is ever alone, no matter what side of the rainbow you live on.

An excellent night's entertainment for all ages, The Wiz fuses the classic tale of The Wizard of Oz with a sassy new setting and a fun, funky soundtrack which will have you humming the tunes long after the final curtain has fallen.
