US bluesman Guy Davis counts Eric Bibb, Taj Mahal, and the late, great, Odetta among his contemporaries and friends.

His most recent, and thirteenth album 'Juba Dance' is nominated under 'Best Blues Album' and Guy himself is nominated as 'Best Acoustic Blues Musician' for the 2014 National Blues Awards which take place in Memphis on 8 May.
