Featuring Ian Mitchell on harp and vocals, Chicago 9 are an authentic harp led blues, with R&B and countrified soul. They are principally a 1950's and 60's influenced Chicago blues band with their main influences being Muddy Waters, Otis Rush & Sonny Boy Williamson.
Even the band's name is taken from the train that ruins from Chicago to Memphis. If you want rip roaring electrified blues you've come to the right place.
