Si Cranstoun has been acclaimed by Bobby Brooks Wilson (son of Jackie) as “sounding so much like my father it scares me”. Si spent years struggling to make ends meet. He busked for years on the streets of London performing for passer-bys - including the then PM Tony Blair, who gave him 30 pence! Si was eventually spotted busking and landed his long sought-after break; a recording deal with music giants Warner Music UK’s label East West.
Now the singer-songwriter, and king of the vintage scene will follow his Radio 2 A-listed single ‘Caught in the Moonlight’ with his debut album ‘Modern Life’ which will be released on October 13th. He will follow the album’s release by playing a special headline show at London’s Borderline on October 14th.
