For those with gas still left in the tank there’ll be a special New Years Day party with Electric Minds who will be teaming up with Will Saul’s Aus and Simple imprints with a line-up to end The Hydra on a memorable note.
Not ones to leave all the party celebrations in 2012, 2013 will get a kick start with notable appearances from Radio 1’s Mosca, the uncompromising New York House stalwart Levon Vincent, recent Permanent Vacation signee Mano Le Tough and Electric Minds founder Dolan Bergin.
If that isn’t enough to cure the hangover from the night before Hendrik Schwarz will be doing a live set as special guest headliner
and with sets from Dusky, George Fitzgerald, Midland and Sei A it is shaping up to be a fitting beginning to the New Year and an equally strong end of a series of a great showcase.
Mosca
Mosca's tracks are primarily built to power dancefloors, but they're also deceptively sophisticated. Both DJ and producer, his influences are drawn from Dancehall, Grime, Bassline, UK Garage, Funky, Hip-Hop, as well as dabbling in Techno, World Beats and R'n'B.

Credited as one of the key figures to have pushed the NYC house music scene of the '00s into a new era with a consistently unmatched vitality and coherence, Levon Vincent's star continues to rise. Although anything but a newcomer, Vincent's recent fame can be seen only as welcome payoff. Through his outstanding imprints, Novel Sound and Deconstruct Music (with Anthony Parasole) and alongside Jus-Ed’s Underground Quality stable, his raw sound epitomizes the very essence of house music.

Jay Shepheard
Jay Shepheard first arrived on the scene in 2007 with the release of his debut EP "Black Label 19" on Compost, and the follow up EP "Black Label 28". Both of the 4 track EPs received critical acclaim from DJs, music lovers and the press alike and earned Jay a nomination for Best Deep House act of 2007 in the Beatport Mucic Awards. 2010 sees further 12"s on the way from Compost Black, a stack of remix projects and his DJ mix of the best Black Label tracks from 2009.
