Arcángel is one the leading lights of a new generation of flamenco vocalists known for his creative renditions of the classical ‘cante jondo’ repertoire. Cante jondo – or deep song – is a traditional form of Andalusian folk music.

Arcángel is critically acclaimed as the heir of the late and great Enrique Morente, and his refined, evocative singing is perfectly matched by Dani de Morón’s subtle accompaniment, a rising star of the modern flamenco guitar, and the graceful movements of uprising dancer Patricia Guerrero.
