Agincourt

Sir Ranulph Fiennes gives a new account of the battle of Agincourt.

25 October 2015 is the 600th anniversary of the battle – a hugely resonant event in English (and French) history.

Sir Ranulph Fiennes casts new light on one of history's turning points. Three of his ancestors fought in the battle for Henry V and some also fought for the French king.

In this exclusive morning event, one of Britain's national treasures tells the story of the battle and talks about his research; including learning to shoot with a long-bow, and his trip to the battlefield.
