New Writing For St Patrick’s Day: Lucy Caldwell, Claire Kilroy, Peter Murphy

A celebration of great contemporary writing from both sides of the Irish border.

Peter Murphy's 'Shall We Gather at the River' is an eerie, atmospheric novel about a great flood in a small town, and the mysterious suicides that accompany it.

Lucy Caldwell's 'All the Beggars Riding' tells the story of a young girl's discovery that her father has lived a double life.

Claire Kilroy's 'The Devil I Know' is a novel of greed and hubris that goes straight to the heart of the boom years in Ireland and all that followed.

Held in the Level 5 Function Room.
