The Devin Townsend Project will play a special show at the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate the release of long-awaited double-album Z².
Z² is a follow-up to Devin Townsend's 2007 album Ziltoid the Omniscient, a concept album about a fictional extraterrestrial being named Ziltoid. Scheduled for release on 27 October, the album promises to expand on Townsend's alien creation and his sci-fi adventures.
Devin recorded a message to cordially invite fans to a show which promises to be "incredibly over the top and unbelievably full of pizazz and cheesy puppets and... stuff!".
The metal pioneer also hinted that this show would be his last for a while, so help him go out in style with a huge show at London's most iconic venue.
