Dorian Gray descends into the depths of Victorian London’s secret underworld on his quest to seek the ultimate sensation.

The show has recently been translated into Dutch and just enjoyed a successful run at the “Theatre 1892” in Zoetemeer, Holland, as part of the Thriller Festival 2013.

Dorian Gray began life as a one night gala presentation in London’s Café Royal. Just before it closed its doors for its major refurbishment they transformed the venue back to its heyday by taking the story back to its birthplace: staging the show, on Oscar Wilde’s birthday, in the beautiful Domino Room - which was where Wilde would hold initial readings of his works, and dine with his lovers. One audience member described the evening ... as though they had wandered into one of Oscar Wilde’s soirees ....

After an offer to develop the piece at the Young Vic, it went on to have two runs at the Leicester Square Theatre. Now, three years later, the company are bringing it back out of the attic at the invitation of Riverside Studios following the success of their two shows there in the summer - The Great Gatsby and Hutch.
