Reverend JW Simpson is pleased to announce a new autumn series of informative, interactive and irreverent Spirited Sermons master-classes.

Tuesday 2nd December sees the return of Port to enliven and enrich our sullen winter palates. Rev JW Simpson will be dusting off this beautiful Portuguese tipple and introducing it to a new younger audience. Port drinking tradition has led to the drink being sipped on its own, but Rev JW Simpson is looking to break the mould and show that port based renditions of cocktail classics are the way forward.

Throughout the evening, the host will join guests at their table to examine the chosen spirit, offering fascinating facts and amusing anecdotes about its history and production, whilst Rev JW Simpson's experienced cocktail bartenders demonstrate how use the spirit's unique flavours to create beautiful, delicate and delicious concoctions. Guests will then have the opportunity to use their new to shake and stir their own cocktail.
