In Conversation With Oliver Jeffers & Quentin Blake

A conversation about the creative process with Oliver Jeffers and special guest, Sir Quentin Blake.

Oliver Jeffers is an award-winning illustrator and has written Stuck, Up and Down, The Incredible Book Eating Boy and other favourites. His book The Day the Crayons Quit was a New York Times Best Seller.

Oliver will be joined by Quentin Blake, who illustrated many of Roald Dahl's books, including The Twits and Matilda, and has collaborated with Russell Hoban, Joan Aiken, Michael Rosen and John Yeoman.

They discuss the different ways they express their creativity, whether in a Fabergé Easter Egg, a U2 video (in Oliver’s case), through working in hospitals or in new arts spaces such as the House of Illustration.

For ages 10 and over.
